I was wondering what people think about when in the HL timeline the game is played out. I'm betting on at about the same time as or before HL because of what is being shown in that presentation room, it clearly shows that the Aparture Science lab is competing with Black Mesa for government funding, but has at least in the past gotten far less money than their competitor.
