Times for the "legit" release of CS:S beta.

Well, I'm doing this thread in a hopeless way to prevent other threads about "when will it be playable?".
Since I don't know VALVes timezone, someone could fill me in and I'll happily edit this post. Alot of people here live in europe and are not familiar to the American timezones and vice verca, so please post in +/- GMT or CET (+1 of GMT)

Shall we say that it will become playable when the preload started (whenever that was)?

PST is VALVes timezone, -8 GMT, -9 CET. Midnight for them is morning for Eurotrash.
