I recently finished the Dark Brotherhood, done the mages guild first (Magic is crucial to Nightblades). Trouble is I'm only level 5! I done all the deadric shirnes so far (the guide tells me where they are/what level you must be :D). But I can't seem to level up. I've done about 20 dungeons but it just gets incredibly boring. Reminds of of WoW's raiding *shudders*. I done a bunch of side-quests, but I've heard people mention level's 26 etc. But it seems as if I'll never get there doing the guilds/side quests! Any high-level veterans please give me some tips?

Just wonder about in Forrests killing stuff... caves are especially good.

Look at your main skills and work on bettering them--that's the only way to level.

Thanks for the help. I soppose the only way to really level up is through dungeon crawling.

Turn the difficulty up...my little bro beat a large chunk of the game and only got to lvl 4. Don't be a nub, difficulty makes the game last.

remember that in oblivion you don't even need to lvl at all

Yeah, that scaling needs to be modded out if you haven't already. Its one of the only things I didn't like about the game...well, that and the menu size issues (which have been modded out too). Now its a pretty sweet title.

What's a good leveling/scaling mod? IIRC Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mixes somewhat with scaling and levelling etc but are there any additional worthwile ones?

Yeah but I get to see cooler creatures and the daedric quests require certain levels. Morrowind is still better IMHO. No riddiculous leveling system. (BTW on a side note - Imperial Dragon Armour; is it leveled? Becuase at level 5 it *coughs* sucks balls *coughs*)

I think all quest rewards are leveled automatically, I KNOW that there is a mode out there that makes every quest reward etc level alongside you though!

I like to make one of my primaries stealth, and then go into the room with the sleeping dude you have to kill as the Dark Brotherhood, and just...sit there till it hits max. MmmMm levels.

I just go to Skingrad (though I Guess I could go just about anywhere) and jump up on a rock against a wall behind a guardpost and auto-walk/sneak until I level it up completely.
