To hell with this error.

Hello all, i am new in this forum.

So i am having a big problem with half life opposing force, when i activate opposing force then i click new game i am setting the difficulty and then i click start and i am receiving this error:

Could not load library C:\Sierra\Half Life\GEARBOX\cl_dlls\client.dll
and then the game exit's.

Can you tell me what should i do or how can i fix this??
Any help will be appreciated.

It seems like you are using the old school original CDs and installing it directly to your HDD. Download yourself Steam from www.steampowered.com and make yourself an account, register your CD key from your copy to Steam and download the full patched and fully compatible versions of HL and Op4

I'm assuming you haven't downloaded an illegal version of course, in which case this is a waste of everyone's time.
