To the people who got their accounts banned

I've just discovered I can't log in to my Steam account anymore: it says it has been disabled. WTF?

I've created a user profile on Steam's website, I've explained the situation and I've attached my Steam purchase receipt.

I'm not upset or anything (I had audio issues with HL2 so I wasn't able to play it properly without a patch), but I'd like to know how much time I will have to wait before getting an answer. Did you happen to find yourselves in this situation?
