Toggling an entity?

Does anyone know how to create a button for toggling an entity? Kind of how when you press the walk forward button, you move forward, but come to a halt as soon as you release it again?

I didn't exactly have much luck finding anything with the search feature, but I can almost guess it's been asked before.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you want to get entities to move? When I think of the word toggling I think of turning something on and off.

If you elaborate on your question I'll try and help you out.
