Kinda amusing how this is probably the first release where it's coming out in America last!

^Why is that, anyway?

I've never played a Tomb Raider game...are any of them fun?

This new one is a great game. If you like Prince of Persia-style platformers, grab it.

The first three were awesome, and I heard legends was good. I'll probably get this.

its on gametap in a few days, I'll get it there.

Played the demo and yeah its pretty much similar to POP....but no wallrunning. :( This is the first TR game I played after TR3 and found the controls to be very fluid with the mouse and keyboard setup (much more than POP games). I remember the horrible "block" based movement and keyboard only controls of old TR games.*shudders* .Thankfully no such issues here.

Of course if you didn't like the concept of previous TR games this wont change your mind.

I'm a fan of Tomb Raider series and this one looks like a great game as well. Grab the demo if you want to be sure whether buy it or not.

I've honestley never played a Tomb Raider Game (except for the time I got this demo disk, but the frame rate on the demo was laggy as hell), so I'm not that interested in buying it.

This is supposed to be a very good entry point to the franchise if you're like me and never really bothered with TR before. It's also getting relatively good reviews... I'm playing it.

playing it on gametap... it is pretty cool alright.

I think I'm about half way through or so.

I've just been playing this for a while. I was skeptical at first, but it's a pretty good game. The puzzles are just the right difficulty. The graphics are good with nice lighting, although it lacks things like normal maps etc etc. Some of the views and areas you'll be climbing in still manage to look stunning.

10x better looking than Prince of Persia and plays 10x better too. I've just been playing Two Thrones and it pretty much sucks donkey balls compared to this.

$29 is a good deal.

great game, played and looked really good on my 4 year old pc. that said, just like legend it crashed a lot.
