G'day everyone i am interested in making skins for cs source but want to have a go at doing it for 1.6 to find my feet, everyone talks about 'HAMMER' being the program to use. has anybody got any links as to where i can download this tool? thank you

Errr....it comes with the SDK, look for it in the Steam menu.

Hammer is used for map making so i dont really think its going to help you in doing skinning.
