Ugh... Time to face the huge brunt of another storm...

I'm really beginning to despise Texas.

If you don't see me tomorrow, I'm dead.

Run!

NO! Do not bring your shit up here. We got hit by a shit storm of weather about two weeks ago, ****ed all our shit up.

****ing south.

Someone stole the copper out of a few sirens in several areas here, sirens never went off. ****ing asshole.

Baseball/tennisball/golfball sized hail down south in Irving.

Dude what the hell!? That's just something you don't do.

btw I checked google earth's weather and it doesn't look like it's going to hit the northern mid west that bad.

Shit man, just saw a home video on the news they showed... the hail is huge... ****ing size of baseballs.

3000 lightning strikes so far in certain areas of the storm in the past hour.

Aww, I miss storms. I remember wanting to be a storm chaser when I was growing up. So facinating.

We got nothin' here in Vegas. :(

I didn't know you were from Texas Raziaar. I spent 2 years at Fort Hood. The main thing I remember about Texas is how damn hot it gets there....;)

That's one reason I hate it. The heat!

And the storm is over... I'm not dead.

At least I don't think I am. There's not really a surefire way to tell. Because this could all be the afterlife, just as shitty.

I wish I lived in a place that had sweet storms. All florida has done since I moved here is rain a lot. I WAS PROMISED HURRICANES DAMNIT!

Nigga stole my weather siren.

@ Raziaar:Batten down the hay, and the barn(s) just in case it hits the pastures of Bovine Uni cowboy. We'd miss you terribly if something dreadful happened to our favorite cow. :(

@ theotherguy:He'll probably contemplate life's many mysteries in his chair while riding the funnel, oblivious to the fact his house/dorm/apartment just got whisked away. :)

I know. This is old news now, but I don't care. Besides another one may follow in the immediate future as it is tornado season in Texas after all. God I'm glad I don't live in tornado alley. :p

That's fine and dandy, but I hope you don't have much to lose tbh.

Your in the wrong place to experience the maximum effect anyways (Orlando right?). Try moving to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or West Palm. ;)

We haven't got that type of extreme weather, but everytime it rains it hails here, literally

We got nothin' here in Vegas

Maybe you should change your jobrole from being a stormchaser to UFO chaser, you could pratically walk to groomlake from your place ;)

Been a while since Brisbane got hit by something hueg.

Storms are fun :D

Many years ago, 4 storms hit our general area at once, my whole backyard was underwater! luckily I live on a hill!

The most we ever get here during the summer is the occasional hurricane and tons of thunder storms.

Tornadoes are not as common in Florida as it is in the mid-region of the U.S. (a.k.a tornado alley). I never actually witnessed the funnel, but I can tell you back in 88' me and my family nearly got flattened by a F3 tornado by less than a quarter of a mile. (I was only 4 yrs old at the time).

T'was some scary shit fs. Killed some distant relatives and also flatted the college auditorium. :( The night it went through, we could feel the high/low pressure difference in our ears as me, my mother, and two sisters huddled in the closet located in the middle-most part of the house and my father opened up all the windows and doors to equalize the pressure. (This was necessary to prevent the structure from imploding by the extreme pressure difference) The doors nearly got ripped off the hinges from the force when they swung open and my ears popped at that second. :O

The next morning, I looked out over at the pine field that my grandpappy owns from the second floor of our house, and I/we could see the path the tornado ripped through.

woow. : |

i really cant imagine the ground and sky being connected by a funnel of debris, ... scary shit.
Cant you like nuke a tornado or something ? haha : D

I heard you could use a chainsaw and cut out the bottom of the funnel and that would cause the tornado to die.

So move to Canada. I hear they love the taste of cows there.

Wow....just, wow. I don't know if I woulda shit myself, but I'm sure I woulda farted...

Or...

You swirl around inside the tornado with a rogue chainsaw.

Something will die. I don't think it will be the tornado.

he awesome thing is that my dad told me that when I was like 3, and I believed it.
I think he was trying to get rid of you. Here son, play with this chainsaw.

I intend to go!

Oh shi-

Anyways... yeah tornado sirens are scary to hear. A couple weeks ago when that last bad storm went through... I was scared shitless, I thought for sure a tornado was ripping through the area. The wind was so incredibly loud and strong, the rain was going sideways through my screen in my bedroom(the shades were as well), and the entire house was shaking. It was literally ****ing shaking.

That's either a testament to how strong the winds were, or to how crappy Texan craftsmanship is.
