Total Annihilation mod, anyone?

I heard this was a place to post a thread about a new mod, so here goes...

I've been thinking it over for a while, and with some good adjustments, I think it'll work.

I want to get a good group together and make a battlezone II type mod, but instead of battlezone II, make it Total Annihilation.

Post in this thread if you can...

1)Model: I would like some excellent model makers, as some of the models needed will be extremely intricate in its own way.
2)Someone that can give the engine new features, such as FGD mods and other stuffs
3)texture makers, esp. anyone that can make a good looking texture that doesn't strain the engine too much.
4)Effects creator, etc., basically deals with all the special effects.
5)mappers, but not now, not until I get a group of people that really want to do this.

I have the idea laid out, but I need a team to explain it to.. :)

That's called a coder. And people who can change FGD files are just people with common sence. Believe it or not, but you don't actually need an FGD at all to create a map.

I can create the map, I just need a "coder" that can help with all the unit integration and all of the interface stuff, esp. the flying units, maybe figuring something out like a BF1942 plane in HL2, but faster and diff looks. Becuz as I know now, there is only one good way to make a plane in HL2, but it still doesn't handle too well...
 
u could wait till bf2editor is out and do it on there..

but good idea buddy:D

total annihilation rules!
 
ya, but I'm more comfortable with putting it on HL2, although it would more than likely work better on 1942 or Vietnam or something
