I personally love it all, makes me feel alive, usually happy n gets me motivated on those early mornings :p also lush to dance too:D...and when drunk with trippy lights!! Just wondered if anyone here likes it ..or maybe not?

Im not really a fan of it. I prefer my rock...mostly non mainstream stuff as its all cluttered with junk and sounds stupid IMO. I still like some of it but not most. I prefer it to be not too heavy nor soft...right in the middle is where the good stuff is at.

Nah, I generally prefer more abstract or non-dancey electronic artists.

Techno is nice, and by techno I mean Adam Beyer/Thomas krome stuff.

Goa/Psytrance is pretty cool too.

techno and trance pwn every other type of music, but i hate the horseshit that 10 year olds listen to known as eurodance and (most) commercial trance

Early to mid 90's was really the era of stuff I liked, I'm not exactly an avid listener. If it's on when I'm out, then fair enough.

My brother is a dj and producer of trance, currently working his way up the ladder. As for me, I don't mind hard trance and hard house.

Club anthems are my thing from time to time :)

Tom Novy
Uniting Nations
Faithless etc

However, I do like to go a bit Happy Hardcore every now and then
Beeze, Styles Hixxy etc :D

Techno! w00000000t!!!!

Ahem. Yes. Yes, I like techno in many various forms. Trance, Dance, Chill, GOA... ALL THE FREAKING TIME. Hell, I'm listening to Kai Tracid now after just finishing off DJ Irish's Transcend 2 ('03. Awesome mix) just a few minutes ago. Now maybe some Benassi...

I really like the opening song on the Orb's Adventures in the Underworld, but i can't find the album anywhere or anything outside of Little Fluffy Clouds!! I can't even download it, theres potentially 2 great hours of music I'm missing out on!!!

But i still perfer rock against all others, Arlur is pretty cool though.

Techno, ftw.

Stuff like Benny Benassi (which is Trance, I'm guessing), Ladytron, etc. really get my feet bouncing.

Ooh, Ladytron. They're fun too. I also like Portishead with a burning passion. Plus, they make great music to f**k to. :bounce:

Triphop is all fine and good but Portishead would be too depressing to do the no-pants dance to :O

Oh, you would be surprised. Something about the whole sex/death/depression thing gets the ladies rolling. :naughty:

I would imagine Portishead as being the music for sex between heroin junkies.

D: Still trying to get laid to "Closer".

Come on, "Humming" is the perfect song. The girl would probably be too scared to have sex to it though.

I actually need to try and see if I can laid to Venetian Snares.

It would be cool if it worked out. But on the other hand, I'd be kind of scared of pursuing that relationship further.

Goa / Psytrance ... cuz it makes normal people go "what in the **** are you listening to??"
Most trance is good, actually. Lyrics are okay but they often get in the way of my enjoyment of rhythms and chord progressions.

I blame video games for my love of all electronic music. I especially blame the Wipeout series!

Yeah, video games really kicked off my love for electronic music as well.

UT soundtrack ftw.

Love Techno and Dance, Trance is ok. Hard House beats them both down to the ground though :p Pier music (Wigan Pier) is top notch, but only people from UK would know what i'm talking about, and even then, some probably don't even know where Wigan is. This album is really really really my thing, http://www.juno.co.uk/products/193093-01.htm and it has samples on there to :)

i meant how it has trancy beats with more idm-esque sounds and stuff, but that works too!
