Transfer same profile name to full version?

Not sure, I am wondering if you will be able to transfer the actual file over.

You should be able to.. I am guessing that the installation will search your computer for your profile and what not.. The profile is actually like a Gamespy account if I am not mistaken so it will be able to connect through the full retail version.. Also, I am wondering if the options will stay the same.. Like I have my hud/crosshair/map/graphics and everything set up the way I like it, do you think that they will stay the same in the retail version's options?

Isn't there a "Retrieve Account" tab when you go to the "Manage Accounts" menu from the login screen of the demo? You would probably just use that if it's still there in the full version. Other than that... I have no idea.

That is exactly what I was going to do.. Even though, EA might be bad people and force you to uninstall the demo before installing the retail version..

Yes, when you registered for the demo, it was also technically registering you for the full version. When you get the game use "Retrieve Account" and you should be ready to rock

You will have to redo all your controls/graphics/etc etc as those are stored client-side, and there is no utility to transfer over (though you could manually copy files over)

*Edit* No, you don't have to uninstall demo before installing retail.

You just log on as the account you made during the demo.
