transferring fav. servers

I've just got a new pc and have reinstalled all my steam games, however, is there any way i can get my old favourite servers on to the new pc? I've tried looking in the steam directory but couldn't find anything that looked likely.
It's for css mainly

Try opening the files in \Steam\Config with notepad. You might find some urls.
