Thing is, I agree with this post. I was still rather bored and more than a little disappointed with Transformers. Perhaps because it could/should have been so much more, but also because even as a mindless action movie, it wasn't all that. The action was good, but everything between wasn't just the filler guff we're used to, it was painfully bad. So bad.

Why are you still here? You think we have awful, awful taste. OH DARN. I like entertainment. There doesn't have to be a message, a moral, a deeper symbolism; those things are nice but it can just be fun and I'll be happy. If that means I have worst taste than your pretentious ass, so be it.

And you know what I meant about character development. Every single character in Twilight is one dimensional, stupid, predictable, and unbelievable. They certainly didn't develop into anything more than that.
