Trojan Horses Detected by AVG!

I just scanned my system using AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition. It took about 40 minutes. It detected a total of 7 Trojan Horses/Viruses. It then said to restart my computer to start the "healing process". So I restarted my computer. Now what? Are the Trojans now gone?
Please help me.

Nevermind. I think I know what to do, because I just did it. I think it deleted them.
