In the original movie when the bikes were off the grid they didn't have to turn at 90 degrees.

Tron 2.0 was awesome though.

Infact they were actually going to make a movie to coincide with it and everything but it got scrapped in pre-production. So basically this is that movie.

To watch the original Tron now is a little agonizing, but the nostalgia works. I'm a huge fan if only because it came out at the right time in my youth... I'd cut out newspaper clippings of reviews and advertisements and keep them in a book cover.
