That's perfectly fine, just this once! God damn you ZT, I know that isn't the only thing he is working on. How much for a disc? http://cgi.ebay.com/SUPER-rare-TRON...tem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c5628b924 No, not that cheap rip-off (but that is pretty cool)! Well at least take pics of the stuff will you?! *Is your brother into Leather MmmHm
This "TRON Legacy" Light Disc is Super rare, one of only 500 given out at the San Diego Comic-Con 2010.
The first photo shows the full disc, which is 4.5" in diameter. All rings seen (and those underneath) glow blue in the dark. VERY cool.
The second photo has had its contrast enhanced to highlight the unique number stamp (350-500) on the outer ring. You can also see the top of the mini USB 2GB card coming out of the center ring that contains three copies of the same file at three different resolutions: 480, 720 and 1080 -- that of the
just-released movie trailer
for "TRON Legacy", shown for the first time during the Disney Panel in Hall H
at Comic-Con on 7/22/2010
.
This is so rare because on Thursday at this year's San Diego Comic-Con you could only get into FLYNN'S ARCADE by winning a series of photo challenges in downtown San Diego throughout the day and be among the first to report to the designated area. It were these people only who were given the special light disc. You also got a wristband, advising to go to FLYNN'S ARCADE at 10:00 p.m. Upon entrance, after waiting in line for about an hour, you found yourself in an 80s arcade, just like the one seen in the newest trailer! Then hidden doors opened up, taking you down a corridor into Flynn's work station. Those doors then opened up, taking you down a corridor into the "End of Line Club" straight out of the TRON world. The club was jumping with wait staff decked out in flashy TRON costumes and props and models from the movie lining the walls. This kickoff event was attended by actor Bruce Boxleitner (who plays Tron) and many other cast and crew members including the Producer and Musical Director.
Only 500 invitations were passed out for this kickoff event.
