Trouble playing AVIs

I installed a WoW trial disc a few hours ago, and I was browsing through the files in the WoW folder and found the .avi file for the intro sequence. However when I try and play it Windows Media Player complains about "error downloading codecs", it still plays the audio but no video comes out. I don't have any problems playing my other .avi files, only this one specifically.

irfanview, realplayer and quicktime all cant play the video.

GSpot says the codec is dxgm, whatever that is.

u need the divx codec to play them

nvm fixed it

Apparently I had to hexedit the file.
