Okay guys, I have a question....

I've been using Limewire to download some video files, wich most of have the usual .avi video clip format. The problem I'm having is that on some of the larger files (700mb or so,) when I get try to load the movie in WM player, all I get is one big audio file, even though my comp is telling me that it is
indeed a video clip. So basically I get to listen to the sounds and music of my favorite movies (all 100% legal indie films, of course ;) ),but none of the video that should accompany it.

Am I just missing a certain codec that I should have, or have I just been retarded and downloading audio files in the vain hope that video would just "happen" to be on there? Or is there some other, darker, unseen issue at stake here, involving Frodo and his band of hobbits? But seriously though, if anyone has any clue, some help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

P.S. You'll have to forgive any sort of gramatical errors or vain attempts at humor. It's 2:30 in the morning here and in dire need of sleep. Thanks again. :)

Sweet guys, thanks!!! I can now watch it, but I have one other small problem, trying to put the file on my new Zune player. Do I need a file converter, or what? Thanks again guys, thought I was kinda retaahded or sumpthin' , which may still be the case, but at least I have the movie!!!

P.S. Microsoft's new Zune is actually pretty kickass! I already have an iPod nano, so the big screen and large capacity is a whole new experience for me. One thing, tho, I still think that iTunes blows the Zune software out of the water, but once you get past that, the hardware is very cool. Just thought I'd help spread the word if anyone was curious.
