A Japenese fishing trawler was sunk at sea, After asking the skipper what had happened, he told officials that a cow had sunk them. Of course he was laughed at, ridiculed and jailed.
After about three or so months, Russian Airforce Officials reluctantly shed some light on the incident.
It turns out that a russian AF cargo crew had picked up a stray cow on the runway and "stowed" it aft. When the aircraft reached cruising altitude, the cow apparently went berserk, and to keep control of the jet, it was nessecary to eject the cow over the ocean. Unfortunately for the fishing crew it was a direct hit on the Trawler.
The Skipper got his new boat.
