Ok. I am working on a poster to be put in the new rec room my bro built. It is going to be a WW2 city street battle scene. I am trying out a new technique that I havn't done before. The last big piece I did I used the plain old airbrush(photoshop). Now I have chosen a different styled brush and change some settings. I am making it as if it were a real painting. With the brush the more strokes you put down the darker the color gets.

Be in mind I am only about 3% into this project. There isn't that much (if any) detail in the following pic. I just want your opionions or suggestions on what I have or what I could do.

Here is the pic:

If this is only one thirty-third of the final one, I'd say it's going to look very nice.
It's kind of impossible to judge though, until there's more progress.

looks pretty good so far, just be careful of the perspective. Those [\|/] structures will show if you have it wrong pretty easily. I know it's not done, but right now some of them seem a little off. Not a ton, but just a tad. Good luck though, let us know if you need any help deciding on what you should do with it next ;).

Tim's right, the perspective does seem off. I didn't notice it, since I was looking more at the technique the first time. It's mostly just the red building though.

It does make the scene look abstractly disheveled and smashed, if that's the look you're going for.

Yes, I see it too. The windows on the red building have to be angled more. Simple fix. For the 2 buildings on the right I made references for where the windows would go, I didn't for the rest though.
