Trying to Delete this icon

im trying to deleate that icon but it wont let me cause it says its being used which is wrong. I was trying to download the commanders strike demo can i canceled it and now it wont delete. it says its being used and when i look through windows task manager i dont see the csf-demo.exe.

When i click on the icon it says..

":\Documents and Settings\Kavan\Desktop\CSF_demo.exe is no a valid Win32 application"


any programs out there where i can delete this thing? its on my desktop and i cant put in recycle bin cause it says its in use...

What if you just end task on explorer and try to delete it? You can always launch explorer again.
