Trying to find a movie.

Few years ago i saw a movie, i think Sam Neill was one of the actors. I cant remember the name, im not sure about the actors and stuff but i remember there was a girl on the airport and she was hiding drugs. Later in a bathroom she found the drugs in her stomach. She was bleeding terribly. Somewhere near the end of the movie the girl and her husband were on a boat, and someone was shooting with a harpon. Something like that. I hope someone finds the name =)
