Trying to find video

of that one economist guy who was at a news show (fox, cnn, bbc, whatever) where he got really pissed and kept yelling "THEY HAVE NOOO IIIIDEEEAAA" and got all angry. Reason is that i want to see if theres any relation to what he was yelling about to the current financial crisis. Video can be quite old, over a year maybe, its been posted here before but i cant find it. And now i will sleep, but once i awaken on sunrise, i shall award the provider with exacly 8 internet tubes, made of broadband.
