Trying to remember a game

Quite recently I played a demo for a game made by some French guys(IIRC), basically you were in charge of a building site where you had to allocate budget etc and manage the construction of an apartment complex etc, it was quite fun, this is a long-shot but if anyone here has any recollection of what I'm talking about, please give me a hand.

I think the game is from '06 or '07.

edit : Perhaps it's City Life? It's made by a French company

edit x2 : If that isn't it... wikipedia has a couple of lists : City Building and Construction & Management sims.
