Trying to Set up a HL2 TDM server

My clan has been trying to set up a TDM server and as of yet we havent been able to figure it out. Not sure if this is the right spot for this Thread. But any advice,suggestions would be much appreciated. Thx all

after yo make the game type 'sv_lan 0' or 'lan 0' in the console

add a :27015 on the end of your ip from http://www.whatismyip.com/ and add that to your favourites. I think you need a static ip, as my router has a dynamic ip and has never worked. I may be wrong though, someone possibly confirm that?
