Problems with my ISP are fixed.

Also added a Download section with 10 - 11 logos to DL.
As I make more I will add them there.

I just got back from Chrissy holidays and found that CSS no longer supports TGA files for importing as a LOGO :frown:

So I have included how to use VTEX to convert your custom TGA files to use in CSS in my tutorial :cheers:

Also am redoing the logo DL section
