I've just got a quick suggestion: In the tutorials section you should had a feature that allows users to add their own tutorials. The user would submit the tutorial with the click of a button, a Mod would review it to make sure it is complete and accurate, and then it could be added to a section title: "User Tutorials."

Just a suggestion, hope you like it.

All in good time, my child :)

If you want to do any tutorials right now, feel free! Get in contact with me by pm :)

Or you can contact me if you want to write tutorials :)

(I think Onions is thinking about hl2.net and im thinking about hl2.nets sister site .Dev... we'll see :))

Well I wasn't particularly refering to me writing tutorials. But now that you mention it I think I might. But I would have to mess around with the SDK first. Isn't it supposed to come out before e3 or is that just for the major modding teams?

Im a swede, but i was refering to http://dev.halflife2.net as a subdomain. .Dev will be a modding site where you can submit stuff like tutorials and so on.

I was just kidding about the canadian thing. So you guys are still working on the site? Sounds like a good idea, will probably be a damn nice site. Especially if it's got you guys in here.

Heh, i got it :)

The site is done and been done for quite a while now... We're just waiting for Limelight to set some stuff up but they're kinda slow atm.

The site will be launched with tutorials (both text and video tutorials) and Articles. Writers and mod leaders will have access to it before it goes public so they can submit everything they want before the launch. We dont want a naked site :)

lol

Can someone confirm wether or not the SDK before e3 is only for the big mod teams.

Well, PC Gamer said that they siad that the SDK was before E3
They also reported months ago that the SDK would be available to temas that attended a mod confernece, so PCGamer iosn't the most reliable.

And about the big mod teams: Being the leader of one of those mod teams, I havn't heard anythting. And all my contacts with other big mod teams haven't mentioned anyhting... so we'll see.

Or maby you are just telling us to make us believe you dont have it o_O
