TV-In to play Xbox on a monitor

I'm at a friend's house trying to get his Xbox to run on his PC monitor, but I can't figure out how to enable TV-in. He has a GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB, and a working Xbox and a bunch of cables and stuff. Anyone know how to get this working?

i remember dreamcast had some little box that you had to buy to plug it in to a computer monitor, maybe you need something similar for xbox, i dont think TV-in will work :s

EDIT, does the GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB have a TV-In, i wouldnt have thought it would be TV-out

there are no tv ins only outs. in would be for cameras and editing or if you have a tv tunner card then u maybe will have a in
