VALVe just released a commercial that'll be airing on TV.

The first TV spot for Left 4 Dead was released by Valve today. The commercial shows off snippets from the game's intro video. The full intro video will be released in the next few days.

...No this is the TV spot that you'll be seeing on TV.

It contains footage from the intro video that will play before you start the actual game(assumptions ftw.).
But they'll be releasing the intro video for all to see in a few days.
