Tv Tuner

A friend of mine wants to know if this setup will work

He would like to be able to watch tv and use his ps2 on his pc with a 6800gt gfx card and this tuner:

That should work to get the tv in, and he wants to use a "S-Video to Composite Video Cable" to connect a ps2 to it as well.

Would this setup work? Is that the kind of cable he needs to get his ps2 to work in the tuner? Will the tuner work with the gfx card?

A TV tuner is what you want. I know the same software used for watching TV with most tuners will also let you switch to S-Video and Composite inputs and view it full screen. But there are some programs used that only let you see a tiny video window.
