Tweaking Single Player

I pretty much never play multiplayer on any game, and Counter Strike is no exception. The single player is good enough, however, the thing that bugs me is how you're limited to the number of bots you can have. I'm not so much bothered by the total bot ceiling, but instead I'd like to arrange the bots into 20:1, me being the one. However, when I try to do this I'm limited to three bots. I believe this is the auto-balance taking effect. I don't see any obvious setting for this, so maybe only some sort of CFG hack is possible?

Can this be "fixed"?

mp_limitteams 0
mp_autoteambalance 0
bot_join_team t/ct (whichever you're not on)

Then just add lots of bots, I think it should work
