Two supras in a parking lot

Well this wasn't intended to be any sort of photoshoot, we just got together for dinner, and ended up hanging out in the parking lot for a few minutes so I just decided to take a couple of shots. There were some people gathering around so I tried to take shots which didn't have people in the pictures...

I love those cars. They are one of the few cars that looks absolutely sexy with a body kit and they also can turn out amazing amounts of power.

I'm more of a German or American car guy, and among Japanese imports I prefer Nissan/Infiniti, but Supras are still damn nice cars.

They really are. I got to drive the silver one for about 2 hours a couple of weeks ago. There was a supra meet and all the guys wanted to ride in each other's cars while we went down some back roads, and the guy who owns the silver car wanted to ride with the guy in the black car, so I got to drive the silver car.

I went slower than they all did, but faster than you still probably should on the road, and the car really impressed me. My only complaint was the seating position, which got tiring after a while, but overall I liked the handling of the car and the brakes...the acceleration left a little more to be desired, but I was ESPECIALLY impressed with the clutch. It was quite possibly the easiest clutch to operate that I've ever used.

I still wouldn't give up my GTi for one though, because while the cars were great to drive you could definitely feel their weight being thrown around. Plus I just enjoy FWD, it's so predictable.
