put one end over the over in a cross, then put one end under the other end and then back over again so it's back in the cross position, then do it again then pull it tight. Then make a loop in one of the ends put the other end over and round the loop and there should be a triangle with a loop at the top, using the other end make that into a loop too, pull it through the triangle and pull both loops done! But hard to explain

You think you're joking, but I once did indeed forget how to walk. I had injured myself pretty badly after jumping down from a fairly large rock and landing on my foot sideways. :O When I finally recovered days later, I felt fine, but I could not for the life of me remember how to walk. I would kind of hobble and limp around pathetically, which made me even more self-conscious - the more I tried to remember how I used to do it, the more spectacularly I failed.

On another note, does anyone remember those self-tying shoe laces? You just pull them tight, and the magical elastic bands keep them that way. It brings a tear to my eye right now just thinking of their beauty... ;(
