Oppinions? Brilliant album IMHO. Much better than the last two anyway.

They put it on at work, and the few moments I managed to actually listen to it without doing something else, it sounded like a great album. Seems less mellow than the last one, as far as I can tell.

I finally got around to getting this one. Really great album. I'd highlight "Love and Peace or Else" and "Yahweh" for anyone interested in checking it out.

Yeah, Maddox is supposed to hate stuff. It's his job.
It has very little to do with whether or not the stuff he hates is actually good or not. The fact remains that U2 is just as popular, if not more, now than they've ever been. I'll take my own ears and the opinions of most respectable critics over a Maddox rant when it comes to liking music.

Must admit, the not-total-black iPod thing annoyed me, theyve done that with the shuffle advert as well, no where near as much though.
And the "WoooAoo! WoooAoo!" thing annoys me in any song that uses something similar. Never been a U2 fan and I dont think HTDAAB will change that.
You put "and" instead of "An" in the title by the way.

Vertigo is catchy as hell but I'm not a fan of most U2 music and this album doesn't look like it's going to change that.
