Uanble to authenticate original disc within time limit...

I get this message above all the time
I have a plextor 712a dvd-burner and i have installed the newest firmware for it and it still doesnt work.... still gettting Uanble to authenticate original disc within time limit:angry:

I have read that they have fixed it,still not working here....i have installed and reinstalled severel times over and over again nothing helps!:angry:

Is there anyone there what can help me with this problem,if not im just taking this crappy retail cd back to the shop and get my money back...im not paying for sitting for severl hours trying to make it work,cause i have better things to do:angry:

got the same problem here, with a NU dvd-rom.
I only can play the 2 dimensional platform game
