Uber Update Day 3: World War Wednesday

Day 3 of the uber Team Fortress 2 update reveal is here. Shown today are new additions to the Soldier class that feature two complete class packs, or 5 new items.

"The General's Formals"

• The Mantreads - Boots made for a General. -75% reduction in push force taken from damage, and deals 3X falling damage to the player you land on.
  
• The Disciplinary Action - Riding Crop that boosts' the player's and an ally's speed for several seconds upon hit, but -25% damage is done.
  
• The Liberty Launcher - This is my Rocket Launcher. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Its projectile speed is increased +40%, but the clip size is -25%.

"Airborne Armaments"

• The Reverse Shooter - This Shotgun has a +15% faster weapon switch rate, deals mini-crits to airborne targets for 3 seconds after switch, but has a smaller -50% clip size.
  
• The Market Gardener - Shovel. It deals crits while the wielder is rocket jumping, but no random crits.

Yeah but it looks like the Engineer isn't getting anything at all. They even said that on the detonator page. Can't wait to try goomba stomping though.

The detonator looks pretty awesome, but ever since they nerfed the flamethrower the Pyro needs something that burns hotter.

I am a little disappointed.

But the rest of the update looks awesome!

Seven new pieces of headwear so far. Getting quite close to my prediction, aren't we?

The Liberty Launcher looks physically attractive and shoots out projectiles quicker than the regular rocket launcher. I want it.

Since when did they nerf the FF, I thought it deals the same amount as its release

They decreased it by 20%, then increased by 10% but also toned down the damage fall-off with distance. So it now does 88% of the original damage but does more damage at the max range than it did on release.
