I've been watching MMA for about 7-8 years now. I actually attended UFC 77 live. Anyways.... I think Machida takes this one fairly easily. Shogun will get tired by the third round and Machida will finish him then.
 
I will watch it if I can stay awake. If not, I'll watch highlights tomorrow.

I'll have to watch all of it tomorrow but it looks like there's quite a bit of controversy surrounding Machida's win. Shogun nonetheless has shown the UFC that he can roll with the best.

It ranges from very gay, to fabulously gay, depending on how much groping takes place before and after.

MMA is a great sport with many dimensions to it, how could you call it gay? Any sport where you take your shirt off = gay? Sounds like wishful thinking.

Anywho, there's talk of an immediate rematch but I don't know what Machida is going to do because it sounded like he received quite the beating.

No. MMA is not gay. Immature little pussies who couldn't punsh through a wet paper bag says it's gay. And no, it's not savage either... Sure, blood might get spilled, but the sport requires alot of practice, finess and discipline. Im 100% sure, that if more people actually traind some form of martial arts, there whouldn't be as much street violence. People whouldn't feel a constant need to prove themself.

Shogun was robbed. I was absolutely stunned when the judges' decision was announced.

Also, if you're watching MMA and the first thing you think about is how gay it looks, perhaps that says more about you than it does the sport.

Then again, I was turned gay by UFC fighter Yoshihiro Akiyama.
