uhhh, need help again

I'm just going to reformat soon. I haven't in a while. but well now when I try to open Source SDK it shows me a "loadind window then it goes away then my mouse shows an hour glass and then it should open but it doesn't, it stops working. And when I open up task manager it shows SDKlauncher in there, running, but its not opening up.

WTF!!!

edit: ok now it opens, like 5 mins after I click it. I think have to much crap slowing it down that is existing not to my knowledge (adware/spyware). sorry to waste a post.
