UK DVD version

this might have been asked a million times before but i couldn't think of what to look for in the search, but what does the UK DVD version, which is the standard version, get in comparison to the Steam packages?

I personally would've thought it would've compared to the Silver, mainly due to price but is there any word for certain?

Its just like the North american version, expect its on one dvd instead of 5 cds.

which is?

surely if it's just HL2 and CS:S then would that mean that we'd have to pay for HL:S, cause that's practically what the people who bought the Silver package have done?
