i just stumbled upon this recently, probably some of you know about it already or have used Bart PE before. its the windows version of the ultimate boot cd. contains many many tools for diagnosing/testing hardware, and repairing problems. its a bootable CD that runs a version of windows PE with network support, so you can get internet access(includes firefox) and troubleshoot all from one CD without touching the harddrive. check out the list of apps it includes, and its all free too.
seems like a nice emergency boot cd to have around, especially if you need answers on an internet forum and your normal windows install is hosed.
