Um a little help with profile photo

hey guys I just wanted to set this image as my profile photo, but nothing happens, when I enter the URL, which is:http://doom.neoseeker.com/view_images.php?image_id=761&limit=5&order=new
It just says "Invalid Flie" when I enter it in, well actually I copy and paste it. know anything that's causing this? I appreciate the help, and btw I'm new to these forums so I dont know much because I just joined( like 10 minutes ago)

Wrong URL. You have to type the image URL that ends in .jpg or .gif

The name of that image is http://doom.neoseeker.com/image.php?image=game_pics_zWguAWdr2x2kmPy.jpg

But if thats for half-life2.net, its too big.
