Um ok... so my computer hates me...

My explorer wont start up all of a sudden!? I wasnt haveing any problems with the software the it pulls this shit on me... any help?

explorer.exe does not start up when i boot up my computer and windows starts.

So have you run any diagnostics or any anti-spyware checks? your problem is too vague at the moment.

Can you manually start it? Ctrl+Alt+Dlt to bring up task manager then File>New Task(Run)> explorer.

well I've found that it does start but it takes forever! it starts in the task manager but doesnt actually pop up for almost 15 min.

Sounds like spyware. Is your CPU usage at or near 100%?

Have you recently installed any new software/hardware or done anything unusual for your normal computing habits? List your computer specs plz.
Also do you happen to have a large number of taskbar items that launch on start up?

if his ram fried then his computer wouldnt boot into windows.

I'd say it was a virus of some sort.......I had a virus once where I couldn't open regedit or control panel or anything....it just closed it.
