Ummm steam question

Well I just installed it I got to the part where you select what games you want installed and it froze (obviously) and I had to quit, then whenever I try to open it now, it doesn't do anything then about 3 minutes later I get a send error report thing. So um, is it just my computer or is steam like really good?

i know this guy who whenever he got 3 steam windows open..it crashes..no matter what 3 windows... could that be ur case ?
