Unable to jump

on the level 'our benefactors' for some reason i cant jump. is it meant to do that? ive reset the game and that doesnt help.
any help is welcome,

I've heard of this bug before, I don't know what causes it. Try going into the options menu, then keyboard, then click on 'Advanced' and check the box that says 'enable developer console'. Open the console by pressing the button below Esc (¬ or ~) and type 'restart' (without quote marks) into the console. Then hit enter. This will restart the map you are on.

Hmm. Ah this. Same thing happened to me right after I got the, well, I won't spoil anything.

Anyway, I just started over from a save earlier in the chapter. That worked for me.

rebind your jump key, worked for me.

I remember reading about this bug before. Apparently it is caused when you press the jump key when you are taking a ride in one of those pod things. So the solution is, don't jump when you're in a pod.
