I cannot believe this. After doing every single thing to get this computer to run i find out the problem. My mouse and Radeon 9700pro were on the same IRQ line. How can I change the IRQ setting of the usb controller controlling my mouse? Device Manager wont allow me to. Thanks for your help!

Good idea, unfortunately I don't have a ps2 mouse. When i go into device manager, I see that the checkmark is on and is grayed out over Use Automatic Settings. How can I turn this checkmark off?

Some boards have a setting in Bios that lets you reset assigned IRQs automaticly.

Hahahahahahahaha, this guy sounds stressed. It's funny 'cause it's not me.

Can someone go to run... and type "msinfo32.exe" then click hardware resources then conflicts/sharing. Tell me what kind of information pops up please. Thanks a mil.

Win XP mostly ignores that though. I'm guessing that's your OS? Try disabling/deleting that USB controller completely in the device manager and then rebooting. It may assign it to a different IRQ when it detects it again.
