"Under the Radar" achievement.

Has anyone got this? I entered a helicopter, looked on the map for all the bridges and it gave me a nice little icon of those I haven't been under. After alot of flying, there were no more icons on the map. This meant I had been under every bridge... but I didn't get the achievement? Help.
