I didnt know this game was out till a few days ago so i snatched it real quick. Petryglyph is made up of members from Westwood Studios, creators of the classic CnC games. Just from that you just KNOW their games are gona own. Universe at War brings back the good times, i can really feel that CnC feeling that CnC3 doesnt deliver. First of, the MUSIC, its very similiar to the Red Alert games and Tiberian Sun, which really makes the game more enjoyable (i think Frank actually made the music for this game). The gameplay is great, new and inovative and creative. Graphics could be better, but its alright. Overall sound and gameplay is great.

Only played a few missions and i love it. At first i thought it was gona be a failiour, but a few missions in it really proved itself to be great. I can feel the Westwood spirit in it! Any Westwood fan MUST get this game.

Anyone else played it? What do you feel about it? Does it live up to Westwoods standards?

I only tried the demo but I didn't really pay a whole lot of attention to it.
But now that I've got a new hard drive and some more ram, I'll give it another whirl.

From what I remember of it though, it felt somewhat consolized... like everything was a bit cramped.

But thanks for reminding me about it, I'm downloading the demo as we speak.

I have it, but I haven't given it any playtime yet. It's installed though, it looks intriguing.

Just played through the demo finally, damn this game is fun.

I'm considering buying it now.
