Unlimited Snarks!

I hope you all know tha famous mod Sven Co-op for Half-Life 1. Ok, so I have played it quit a lot and I have noticed that some guys are able to throw unlimitedly snarks! Is this somekind of easter egg or cheat, plz tell me. I have asked them myself and they claim it's somekind of bug. How do they do it? BTW, I posted this thread here cause I'm talking of Half-Life 1, not 2.

Throw away all your weapons except for your medkit and snarks. Use up all your snarks and then drop your snark nest. Pick up the snark nest and you should have infinite snarks.
