Yeah, saw that yesterday. What had my most interest was:

ONS-Primeval (Nodes: 1)
"Nestled away in the darkness of the Primeval Forest, this Onslaught arena is a favorite of loggers and treehuggers alike."

One node? That's gonna be some intense fighting, oohh yeahh

I can't wait to see these in action, especially the space maps, the 1-node map, and the AS maps. What I can't figure out is why there are so few BR and DD maps, in comparison to DM. Well . . . I can figure it out, but I still think it's stupid.

Well, there are more - the UT2003 BR and DD maps will be in, but if you've already played them, I guess they don't add anything new.

Still--only three new BRs, when DM has something like 15? Doesn't that seem a little unbalanced? Am I the only one who likes modes where the killing is a means to an end?

Well, the fact is that DM is infinitely more popular than BR, so I guess Atari figured it would be a waste of time to make many more BR maps, when they could feed the majority's cries for more DM.

Just wait for all the user made maps and mods, I know i'll eventually be putting some out.. Especially since i'm getting all that sweet video tutorialness that comes with SE.... Man only a few days left, it seems like an eternity

I don't really like BR... or DM for that matter... I prefer ONS.

I don't like BR, it's terribly boring and annoying online. ONS and DM are the modes for me \o/

TDM, DM, CTF, ONS, AS... It's all good! (Not BR though, sucks )

Oh yeah, CTF is good too as with TDM, and AS (Not a huge fan of AS, but it's fun playing with mates)

It would be so funny to show a thread like this to, say my grandmother or something... Y'know, they would get a million bucks if they understood the whole thread or something..

Just watching them tear their hair over all the abreviations...





And yeah, this was hella off topic.. So sue me, I haven't tried the demo or anything!

I like CTF more than any other game type... ONS and assault would be more fun for me if I could actually play them without such horrible lag I can't drive vehicles on line because i'll turn the wheel then 2 or 3 seconds later the tires will turn just in time for me to hit a tree....

The CTF map in the demo is pretty boring, but that's usually my favorite.

I'm actually looking forward to creating maps and stuff as much as I am playing...

London Prices are no more than £35

Special Edition, guys, not the DVD normal edition. This is the only place you can get the SE in the UK.

No way I'm paying £50, so will just get the DVD normal for £17 off play.com
